Long-tenured employees, Dané (16 years industry experience, 9 of which are with Heneways) and Cathy (24 years industry experience, 12 of which are with Heneways) shared why the company feels more like a "home away from home” rather than the intricately constructed global team it is.

With our eight official offices strategically positioned in Chicago, New York, London, Perugia, Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town, we are well-situated to provide services to all corners of the globe. On top of our offices and the support facilities we have dotted around the US, we also work alongside a broad network of approximately 400 global logistics agents.

Where we lack a physical presence, these agents step in to bridge any gaps in our global connectivity. This agent network is something we are immensely grateful for and proud of, as it gives us the opportunity to build strong relationships throughout the world, while ensuring that every client receives the same high service standards that Heneways is known for.

We strive to operate directly with our clients if at all possible, but we know that when our agents need to step in for us, they step in as an extension of the Heneways family, and they deliver the same quality standards that we would ourselves.
